AWESOME SHOW!!

We waited a long time to see Bonnie Raitt and she did not disappoint. We could have listened a lot longer to her. Effortless and entertaining!! Thank you To her and her band!!

BONNIE RAITT IS MUSIC AND THEATRICAL ROYALTY

I love Ms. Raitt's music. She comes by it naturally. Her father was John Raitt who originated the male leading role of Billy Bigelow in "Carousel". He also did "Pajama Game" on Broadway and the movie version with Doris Day. I look forward to seeing Ms. Raitt and would not hesitate to recommend her show for entertainment for the whole family.

FANTASTIC

Bonnie Riatt is a extremely talented and gifted singer/songwriter/musician. Special thanks to her and her wonderful band for a wonderful evening!

NOT ENOUGH WORDS

There are just not enough words to describe Bonnie Raitt’s performance at the Ryman last night so I will just go with “joyous.” It was as intimate as it could have been in that venue and the crowd loved her as hard as she loved them. The band was letter perfect and Lucinda Williams, though clearly still in physical recovery, gave a powerful, rich performance. I am still riding on the natural high from so much talent, effort, and pure. Love.

SOME THINGS TRANSCEND!

Bonnie was luminous and gifted, and she knows how to spread her gifts. Most of the audience were baby boomers-as I have said, we have lived through turbulent times but we have had great background music! She made me feel younger, wiser , more hopeful than I have in many moons. She has transcended all life’ s heartbreaks and created beauty with a beat. We loved every moment of this concert! Venue was great! Sound was amazing!

VIBRANT AND FRESH

Bonnie Raitt's and the band were a great show on Saturday night at Wolf Trap. Her voice was strong and her guitar playing was commanding. She interacted with he crowd and spoke often of her appreciation of the venue and the privilege of performing to the crowd. Her generosity to the band was fantastic. She can't do this without them. Her new songs were scattered throughout the show and the classics sounded fresh after such a long layoff from touring. This was my 4th Bonnie Raitt concert and she didn't miss a beat!

BEST I’VE EVER SEEN- AND I’VE SEEN A FEW.

Listening to Lucinda Williams and then Bonnie Raitt cold rainy June 18 night made me forget the rotten weather. Perhaps the best show I have ever seen. Both bans awesome, both women, inspiring. I loved every second. And the sound at Tanglewood - magical.

MAGICAL MEADOWBROOK AND BONNIE

The accolades espoused around this incredible performer over the years are well-earned and she knocked it out of the park again last night on a sultry summer Friday evening! Voice absolutely solid; slide playing otherworldly! Band was tight———sounded as though they were twice as many!

SO GLAD WE MADE THIS SHOW

Too many times I've said "I wish I would have gone to that" so glad we made this, Bonnie Raitt is a legitimate person giving us a piece of her legitimate talent. Took us in and out of our times ups and downs with lyrics of relatable experience. Thank You for bringing I'm not alone when I felt I was in it all alone. It was an experience that all ages could find moving.

BONNIE RAITT DELIVERS A MASTER CLASS

It was great to see Bonnie Raitt in concert after an absence due to the COVID epidemic. Her time off provided her with some reflection and give her more inspiration in her music, which was evident last night at her Dallas area concert. Her band show great musicianship in backing her up. Ms. Raitt played many of her hits along with other great tuns from the blues & rock genres. All and all, a terrific night of music.

BONNIE RAITT :CHECK THAT ON THE BUCKET LIST

I have been wanting to see Bonnie Raitt in concert for a long time and was especially pleased to see many others like me. The concert appeared to be sold old out. I loved how she talked to the audience between songs...very funny, engaging and a hellava musician. My favorite song she sang was John Prine's 'Angel From Montgomery.'

BONNIE'S LIKE BUTTAH!

Her voice was like velvet! Velvet butter! At 73, she just gets better with age like a fine wine. What a class act!

GREAT CROWD RAPPORT PLUS A+ BAND, DON’T MISS IT

What a perfect show in Saskatoon, A+ show plus A+ musicians. Bonnie completely delivered on vocals, guitar and song choice however I have to admit I was really really impressed with her fellow guitar player who’d back into the weeds with some very tasty chords and chops and when needed stepped up with very creative and inspiring solos with a tone and style really had me thinking I should review the basics of my guitar playing. Don’t miss this tour!

SOMETHING TO TALK ABOUT!!!

There was a lot of loving at Bonnie’s concert last night at the Burton Cummings theatre… us (mostly) boomers loved her and she loved us. What a voice! What a musician! What a band! Why have we not seen her in concert before? The Burt was a perfect venue, almost intimate feel for a crowd of 1500. Royal Wood was a great surprise as opening act. All in all, Bonnie gave us something to talk about !!!👏

BONNIE RAITT

Great show but the threat she will walk off stage if she sees anybody smoking was little excessive. Maybe the venue should have posted that on tickets . posted no phone or pictures or videos but nothing about smoking. Goid way to piss off folks. I'll check from now on

NEW BAND MEMBERS?

This was the third time I've seen Bonnie and she was outstanding, as always. I was heartened to see the broad, positive response to Angel from Montgomery, and she appreciated it. At the outset she introduced "some new members of the band" and it felt to me like they were not together. The lead guitar was very adequate, but Bonnie blew him away. The keyboard player seemed to get lost at times and a couple of his solos amounted to 10 fingers pounding on random keys. A great show, I would always recommend it!

WOLF TRAP DOESN'T ALLOW DANCING?

My college age daughter and I went to see Bonnie Raitt on Friday night at Wolf Trap. My favorite interaction between the audience and performers was when an ear deafening cheer when out after Lucinda Williams told the crowd she'd experienced a stroke last year. Amazing and hopeful after 2 years of pandemic-isolation. What was not fun was being told to go back to the lawn while dancing (very discreetly) with my daughter far to the right side of the venue. Apparently Wolf Trap has designated a 16 inch strip of sidewalk (no kidding there is a line drawn on the pavement) for large crowd on the lawn to dance when the music moves them! Wow. I remember great dancing at wolf trap. What we need to heal after the pandemic is art, performance and interaction. Wolf trap rules, or perhaps just one out of control volunteer in a cowboy hat, it working against it. We left with a really lousy feeling after a fabulous performance by Bonnie and Lucinda. tickets should say, no dancing for transparency.
