The Alberta Ballet will be closing out their 2023/24 season with an exhilarating double bill of Der Wolf, and The Right of Spring. The two dark and mysterious pieces explore the depths of the original stories with new twists. The Rite of Spring, which left audiences aghast at its 1913 premiere, was reworked by Nicolo Fonte in 2014 while still building upon Igor Stravinsky's original dramatic score.

Opened in 1955, the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium is a performing arts, cultural and community center in Edmonton, Alberta. It was built to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Alberta. The Edmonton Opera and the Alberta Ballet originate from this venue, and the center also hosts theatre productions, Broadway shows, stand-up comedians, live music, festivals and awards ceremonies. There are also many other facilities in the venue such as a meeting room, a rehearsal hall, a banquet room and a luxury suite available to rent.
