JOHN FOGERTY

This was an amazing event. Whether young or old John's music truly resonated with the crowd. Hearing him play with his son and supported by incredible musicians, including an awesome drummer, transformed the crowd into a great music fest.

WOW..JOHN

GREAT energy, all the hits, tremendous talent on display. Would have preferred bit less instrument volume to highlight John's unique vocals. Crowd never sat and all ages jumping and singing. Put this one on your list. Singing never stopped

JOHN FOGARTY ENGLEWOOD

All the hits, GREAT energy, incredible talent on stage. 1 thing, would have preferred bit less instrument volume to highlight John's unique voice. Crowd on its feet all night. All ages respond to John, he is truly timeless. GO...

OUTSTANDING!

Fans of all ages were on their feet for the entire concert rocking to songs that influenced generations. Fogerty brought out fans that haven't been to concerts in years as well as fans with grown up children and children attending the event together. With non-stop energy, John ripped through song after beloved song as well as a few new ones. His band, including his son, were given time to highlight their incredible talent as well. Included on the large screen were pictures and video of John and America in the 60's and 70's making you feel like you were "there" all over again. John promised to come back to Saratoga and his devoted fans will be there waiting!

MEMORABLE!

Crowd on their feet, hit after hit after hit to stomp and sing along to. Musicians were terrific and the sound was driving... One of the best in memory!

OUSTANDING

Best concert I have ever been to. John and the band were unbelievable, incrediblly talented. Other acts in Vegas, particularly those of a similar age group should take notes as three isn't a finer artist on the strip today. Was an honor to attend

FOGERTY BRINGS WOODSTOCK TO RADIO CITY

From the hippie dancers before the show to the confetti and pyrotechnics this show had it all. Fogerty and his band, including some of his family, played his hits from CCR to solo career plus as an extra bonus he played some songs from other performers who were at Woodstock. My wife, sister and brother-in-law were very grateful to me for the tickets. I got to see him and I couldn’t be happier!!!

JUST GREAT

Prior reviewers have covered the vibe and the song selection...impeccable. I have always contended that John Fogarty is one one the most underrated guitar players of his generation. I'll double down on that opinion after last night. The finest surprise of the night was when he broke into Lennon's "Give Peace a Chance." The fun he was having and the joy of his music was infectuous. He is a man who has left his music business bitterness behind without surrendering his edge.

BUCKET LIST JUST GO SMALLER

Best concert ever ! Great music and despite getting older his guitar playing hasnt suffered nor his voice. His son Shane no slouch either on guitar.Audience singing and dancing thru it all. Best drummer and keyboard solos Ive seen in a long time.Young and old attended and all had a great time.He needs a van just for the guitar switches. It was so nice not to see a performer taking time off for costume changes.Like walking back thru time...thank you for helping us forget about todays problems and giving us a taste of bygone days and our youth! May u never run out of guitar picks or lose your humility. Your audience loves you.....

BASS GUITAR TOO MUCH!

Oct 10, 2021 at Encore theatre in Las Vegas! Great concert. John rocks. Special effects fun! Sax musician was a highlight. Unfortunately the bass guitarist was overwhelmingly . The vibrations were so intense my wife and I could feel pounding in our chests. Won’t second guess why this happened, but a distraction from John and the rest of the band was disconcerting! Still loved the concert!

FORTUNATE ONE

Fortunate one that my wife and I got to see the show at the Hertz Arena Estero, FL. John Fogerty was great playing all the CCR hits as well as his own "Centerfield". Foreigner rocked the house and Idol Star Casey Bishop was awesome. GRET SHOW!

5.0 star rating Will Warren from Albuquerque New Mexico

AMAZING PERIOD

I have had the pleasure seeing John 2x one time in Vegas and the other in Santa Fe New Mexico. He’s my favorite musician, just a ton of fun. Now I know what Woodstock would have felt like. Being 31 from a family that my father was a drummer in the 60s makes me appreciate music like this. His music gets to you, I get chills down my spine sometimes hearing CCR on the radio just because of the power Fogerty has!

WHAT A GREAT PERFORMER!

Went to the show last night and it was great! You could tell he was doing it for the fun, not the money. Playing onstage with his sons must have been great for him. I particularly liked the way he involved the audience with getting them to sing and telling his stories. At 77 he can still rock the house!

JOHN FOGERTY - AGELESS STAR

Excellent entertainment by a Rock n Roll legend brilliantly supported by a very talented band which included two of John Fogerty’s sons. All the old CCR hits played as well as ever. Had the full house ‘Bowl’ rapt for the duration and calling for more. Really enjoyed Fogerty’s engagement with audience with family (including dog) contribution acknowledging recent challenging times but also reflecting on significant events that shaped his career. Fogerty claimed that he was a lucky man for doing what he does, I would say we are ‘fortunate sons ‘ (and daughters) that he remains such a compelling musician, singer, composer, and entertainer. Thanks for a brilliant show at such an iconic venue.

PURE JOY

Imagine composing dozens of American rock classics, but not being able to perform them because someone cheated you out of their rights. John has risen above and now has reclaimed what is rightfully his, along with his red Rickenbacker guitar. His sheer joy in playing his music, with his two sons no less, was palpable. He has lost nothing of his guitar and harmonica licks. Best concert I’ve seen in along time. If he comes to your area, don’t miss this great American treasure!

FOGERTY AT RAVINIA

It was a great show, one of the best. John himself had the energy of a person 25. He did most of his old songs both from CCR and solo. He also did some new songs and they sounded great. Unlike his sons band in the opening act, you could hear and understand the words. His sons when they played with John showed the old man taught them well. I hope to see him again. Just a great show.

READ THE REVIEWS. IT WAS THAT GOOD!

I grew up in the late 60s-early 70s in New Orleans. I do not remember ever seeing a concert this good and when I had this much fun. The best part is John living his best life on stage with his sons. Here's the kicker...an older gentleman on our row could hardly even walk to his seat w/o assistance...But, he was dancing some sort of a jig at Proud Mary. Do not miss this tour!

STILL GOING STRONG

Wife and I went to the Boston show last night. Here is my honest review. Show started 45 minutes late. Who knows why. Once on stage Fogerty and the band was great. His 2 sons and daughter are with him. Fogerty still has a strong voice and still a great musican. Did many of his CCR hits. For 76 years young excellent he is a legend. However after about less than 90 minutes he was getting tired. HIs last song Fortunate Son was about 90 secounds long and then the show was over. Mr. Fogerty needs to cut down to performing 2 days a week at most.

FOGERTY ROCKS, BUT TO LOUD & TO MUCH DISTORTION

I attended the John Fogerty Creedence Clearwater Revival Celebration last night at Mohegan Sun Arena. The opening act was Fogerty’s Suns band who were musically proficient, but way to loud with most of the set having lots of distortion due to the volume. I expected Fogerty to tone down the volume a bit because the size of the room makes for lots of distortion, but he sadly did not. Fogerty opened his set with Bad Moon Rising after about a 5 minute film of him explaining that this Celebration tour is due to the fact that he now owns all his music after decades of legal wrangling with the record company who opened it. For a 77 year old man his voice is still excellent and he hit all the right notes during the 23 son set. Highlights included Run Through The Jungle, , Green River, Born On The Bayou, Who’ll Stop The Rain, Fortunate Son & An Encore Of Down On The Corner & Proud Mary. Overall the concert was excellent with the only problem being that it was way to loud. I’m 61 and have attended hundreds of concerts including The Who 3 times, AC/DC, Pink Floyd, The Stones, so I’m no stranger to loud concerts (The Who being the loudest) but the arena was to small for that level of volume and it tended to distort the music & lyrics at times. Several other people who I talked to after the show agreed that it was too loud. Overall I give the show 4/5 ⭐️s

CENTERFIELD

Great show, instrumental component was super - just wished the fortunate son riff was closer to the original recording. What energy and fun chemistry amongst the clan. I would have perhaps preferred more vocal focus even if it was not vintage - maybe some voice support from the youngsters. The play list was great, he is a great entertainer with hard to match energy and drive! Thanks!!

MINOT LOUD ENOUGH

Music was great. They played almost all the songs everyone wants to hear. The only issue i had was that his microphone wasn't turned up enough. You could barely hear what he was saying. Other than that was a good concert. B.T.W it was awesome seeing him play with his sons
