Back for another year, Christmas isn't the same without the beautiful Charles Dickens classic, A Christmas Carol. Coming to Edmonton's Citadel Theatre's stage this winter, the heartwarming tale that depicts the magical power that Christmas has to uplift and inspire people is a must-see this time of year. Adapted by David van Belle, this 50's flavored production is directed by Lianna Makuch after Daryl Cloran.

We may no longer hang mistletoe or roast chestnuts over an open fire, but there is one tradition that remains a Yuletide stalwart. Its iconic Tchaikovsky score, spectacular choreography, and costumes, as well as dazzling set design, marks the Alberta Ballet's Nutcracker as a firm festive favourite that's simply unmissable!
